Yes, Once the order is placed, You can cancel the order in 6 hours of payment. Post 6 hours and before dispatch there will be a Rs50 cancellation fees. Can not cancel post Dispatch.

No, We do not user Aluminium in any of our Transformer. They are all made of High Quality Copper Conductor.

The Product are shipped in 48 hours of order except Sundays and Holidays. For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time would be within 5 to 7 business days of shipping.
